Looking forward to moving into Uncle Southall. Great to have furnished/unfurnished and pet/ non-pet friendly apartment options. The experience so far from the initial viewing to processing the lease has been seamless. I moved to Manchester UNCLE, Orient House, last month and can't be happier with the management and support team on-site! They are absolutely wonderful - always helpful and friendly. I really couldn't have gotten through my move and settling in without them! Of course the flat and building had everything I wanted but the staff here makes it so much better!

UNCLE has been amazing. From the incredible decor making you feel like you live in a hotel to the amazing team (Ray, Emma & Tom) greeting you with a smile as you walk in and all the fantastic amenities provided. Could not have asked for a better apartment.

Slick and professional landlords. Some shoddy building work resulted in fairly major disruption but Paco and Caroline have personally led the charge to rectify the situation and hold the relevant parties accountable whilst keeping us abreast of all developments.They really do care a great deal about each and every tenant and contribute so positively to a vibrant, smiling residential community.

Sadly I only stayed in Uncle Stockwell for 14 days and had to exercise the break clause due to unforeseen circumstances. Ruth, Duncan and Gabriela on reception were all amazing throughout the viewings, moving in and moving out periods. Friendly, helpful and always welcoming with a smile and open to converstation. A great team!

NXGateWe've been at NXGate for nearly 2 years and it has been the best flat we've ever rented. The Resident Managers Caroline and Paco are really friendly and helpful, and any little maintenance issues we've had have been sorted really quickly. The flats are a good size and fitted out to a good spec. We're really happy here.

Its February. There are pine needles from someone’s Christmas tree on the carpet of the hall way. How often do they clean this place?
This is the second time you have posted on here, we have no record of a Barry as a resident, we have tried to respond to you directly but to no avail, we do not know who you are.We have a cleaner here 6 days a week. The benefit of having a team who lives and works on site means that we also do regular building walks to pick up on any cleaning or maintenance issues.We’re not perfect, however if we’re made aware of something that’s not right we jump on it right away and get it sorted. We’ve had a good look around the communal corridors for pine needles and can’t see any. We value any feedback from legitimate residents to help ensure all our UNCLE sites are a place you want to come home to.We would kindly ask you to do as all the other great residents staying with us (if you are a resident). Come talk to us, we’re human you know!

Amazing building run by a very capable team. High quality materials/appliances in the flat work and look great. So far no major issues at all even though it’s a brand new building, which surely isn’t common for London developments like this. Anything that does come up the team swiftly takes care of. Can only recommend!

At UNCLE Wembley, the flats are new, stylish and bright. The shared areas are well maintained and clean, and the staff is kind and professional. Despite a couple of maintenance issues that took some time to fix, I would certainly recommend it.

The best thing about Uncle is the people who run it. They really try to make it a homely place.Farid and Paul on the concierge and Jamelia in the office are particular favourites. I stayed for 18 months from the opening of the building. It was a great time spent living there.
