We have lived here for more than a year, the management of the building is very convenient and safe, and we have been very comfortable after checking in. My favorite is the front desk staff, very kind. The management team is also humanized and can solve all problems in a timely manner.

Lived at Uncle Stockwell for the last 4 years. Absolutely loved it! Ruth, Duncan and the rest of the team are fantastic and always go above and beyond for you, always a friendly greeting when you arrive home and they sort out everything in a speedy manner. I was really emotional when I left. Thanks for everything.

We’ve been living at UNCLE Wembley for 6 months now & from the start it has been a great experience. The apartments are very modern & the overall feel of the building is very safe & secure. The UNCLE team are also super friendly & helpful & sort out any issues very quickly. We can’t recommend UNCLE Living enough.

Great service from the uncle team. We had an incident moving into the flat resulting in a broken tv. Uncle refunded for the tv we got and made sure they were in contact the entire process.The flat is modern, easy to clean and warm with the heated flooring. The view into London from our flat is great also. Would recommend to family and friends.

We’ve recently moved and the move in experience was extremely easy. Since then all staff have been friendly and helpful. The flat is spacious, modern (tastefully designed) and close to the station, so suited our needs. The amenities are very unique but definitely one of the reasons we chose to live here. Highly recommend!

The team here are New Cross, Caroline, Paco, Shaqira and John, are approachable, friendly and respond quickly to any problems/ queries and have been since day one - thanks for making our stay here fuss and stress free :)

Just moved into UNCLE at Elephant and Castle a few weeks ago. The experience has been a breath of fresh air compared to prior renting experiences in London! The staff have been incredibly responsive and helpful, always available when something comes up. Beyond that, there are social events and an overall atmosphere of welcoming and family.I just wish I would have found UNCLE earlier!!!

By far my best rental experience in London. The apartment is wonderful and the management team of Caroline and Paco are both professional and personable. Both go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible: collecting parcels, providing delivery access when you're not available and dealing with enquiries and maintenance efficiently. Can't recommend Uncle - and the management team - enough.

Flat stayed in great condition during my time there, and the staff were very helpful. A couple of hiccups with regards to a fuse blowing and a shelf falling down, but both were dealt with as soon as possible once I talked to the team.Great location, if a little noisy when the football is on at the astroturf opposite.

This has been our best experience of renting a flat ever! Such a beautiful space and amazing support from the resident managers Paco and Caroline. Any issue we have they look into straight away. The communication is great - you can always pop into the office if you need something. They are very approachable and friendly. Completely stress-free, high class renting - would recommend!

It's a great experience to live here, beautiful, clean, and safe. The management team is doing a great job and they are very nice. I wish I could stay longer but I have to move to another country. If someday I'm coming back to London, Uncle Stockwell would be my first option to think about.

In 9 months of living, we have only required a few jobs being done to our apartment. The landlords have been amazing at acting on our email requests. Not only that, but John who came to sort these things out, has been incredible. A really great personality to have in the area and is always smiling.

I would like to say how nice everyone who works in the building. I’m especially greatfull that the two handymen, Kevin and Jo are always willing to help with anything I need, incl putting picture frames up. Also, Farid our concierge is one of the nicest people I met. He is always joking and giving my two little kids treats.
