We moved to UNCLE New Cross Gate after selling our property almost a month ago. Caroline and Paco (resident managers) made our transition from home owners to tenants seamless and stress-free. They are always welcoming and friendly. Whatever the issue, they resolve it with a smile. Communication has been excellent from the start. UNCLE NXG is a great location, being very close to the station. The apartments are modern, spacious and comfortable. The common areas are well maintained.

I have mixed feelings, as the product was excellent but the customer service was poor.Communication between the management team was bad and not professional.More attention to public spaces is needed otherwise product will suffer.Inside the apartment all was great - appliances and decoration.

I’m a new arrival at the Elephant & Castle UNCLE and I love the place and its vibe. It’s super safe and both the residents and the team are friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of flexibility and I’ll be forever thankful to them for having taken care of my belongings before I even moved in!I love how quiet the building is and the views are absolutely astonishing.Many thanks and keep up the great work. In a superb location for transport and shops, plenty to do and eat and with Deptford, Peckham, Greenwich and Blackheath also all within a short distance there is lots to explore.The flat itself is awesome and an amazing size for a 1 bed in London and with the help of a fantastic management team resolving and fixing any issues (but best of all taking delivery of our parcels!) it's been our home for nearly 2.5 years.

A great sense of community. Staff members are friendly as always and greet me passionately - it seems they know every single resident really well. Things here are in excellent condition too, and any defects are quickly resolved. Would certainly recommend this place.

We moved in in Sept and our first few months have been amazing. The flats are great but the best thing has been how friendly, helpful and accommodating the team have been - Caroline, Paco and Shaqira have been great and made us feel welcome from the very beginning.It's good to know your landlord is a friendly group of people who you can trust. All round five star experience with a positively unique feel.

Without doubt the best people at Uncle Stockwell. Ruth, Duncan, Daniel, Maria and Gabrielle are some of the nicest and caring people I have ever met and they run the place very well. Always on hand to help - the support I received from the team at the end of my tenancy whilst at the time battling the challenges of the Covid-19 crisis was unbelievable. I will miss you guys! X

We moved in UNCLE Wembley in September and so far our experience has been amazing. The flat is lovely but what I think makes the difference from other places is that the people who work here are making our stay here very pleasant. They are always with a smile on their face willing to resolve any issue you might have very promptly. We would definitely recommend UNCLE Wembley!

I stayed at Uncle Stockwell and it was such a good place to live, location was ideal as it’s easy to the city and close to Clapham and Tooting also easy to get to any shops. I couldn’t have picked better landlords in Ruth and Duncan, so helpful, friendly and a good laugh. I’ll definitely be moving back when I get the chance!

Uncle is an amazing place to live. We are in our second year living at Uncle New Cross and never want to leave! The apartments are so beautiful and modern but the best thing is the on site managers - they are all lovely people who do an amazing job! They go above and beyond for the residents, no ask is too big. I couldn't recommend living here enough!

I've lived two years in Uncle Elephant and Castle.Amazing flats, stunning view, friendly concierge, ability to receive parcels any time, barely any issues ever (and if there was one, it was resolved fast). Nice gym facilities.I've moved abroad, but if I ever were to come back to live in London, this is the only place I would want to go.

I have lived here for over 2 years and honestly can't see myself ever leaving! Paco and Caroline are fab and very approachable - always have a smile and a chat! Always quick to respond so any questions we have - and always helpful when we forget our keys! The flats are great and modern and we have had no issues at all. Great location and the coffee shop is delicious!

Uncle New Cross Gate I have been living at the Blenheim Tower block in New Cross for just shy of six months now. It has been absolutely excellent so far. The flats are spacious and clean and Caroline and Paco are amazing at making you feel welcome and looking after any problems that you may have. Anyone looking to live in a hassle free, well maintained apartment should no-doubt consider UNCLE!

I have been living at Stockwell Park Apartments for the last 19 month and it is a great place to live in.The resident managers Katia and Antonio are great and always ready to assist with any queries.The studios are comfortable and well furnished and there is also a cool modern communal room in the basement and a small but well equiped gym.The London Skyline from the upper floors is breathtaking !
