Communication with the new team makes us feel hopeless, they only say there's nothing she can do. They replied one email after 5 days after we chased up twice. Such a waste of time

It was great experience staying here. The flat is huge and spacious. The staffs are so cooperative and they organise events in order to have ice break with everyone staying within the premises.

Been living in uncle for nearly 8 months. Wonderful time spent in the flat and with the amazing uncle team members and front desk members. Only thing could be improved that is to open the sky lounge till at least 2am instead of 12. So residents can end the fun night upstairs properly.

My boyfriend and I moved in not so long ago but we both love this place as it has a nice view, clean and most importantly the management, Katia and Antonio are always eager to assist us in everything. They are very kind and opened. Always reachable as well. Will definately recomment to others.

Our time here in the Orient house has been brilliant for the past 8 months. All staff members are friendly with a can-do attitude. This makes such a difference as previous flats we have rented have had many issues which the landlords have refused to sort out. I would recommend Uncle to anyone!

I was living for almost 3 years at uncle Stockwell in London. The staff is really friendly and they help you out 24/7.You have your own studio, a gym and a massive living room. What else do you need?The location is brilliant as it is really well connected with the city centre.

Paco and Caroline are lovely and accommodating landlords! Would highly recommend. At times it can be a bit delayed fixing things around the flat, but they are always very informative and honest, and the job always gets done within a reasonable time period and to a good standard. Thank you both!

I had a short but sweet 6 months at UNCLE Manchester and LOVED it. Zeshan, Jodi and the rest of the team on reception are super. They're always on hand, and give the building a great community feel. It's also in a great location. Just sad I couldn't stay longer!

I can honestly say I have loved all the time I have been with UNCLE. In particular the management at New Cross have been nothing short of first class! Caroline and Paco are wonderful and humane, they have always dealt with my queries promptly and with care and decency!! :)

Been living here for over 2 years now. The administrative team has been available for you when you need them. Both Caroline & Paco have built strong rapport with many of the residents here. Both of them are empathetic towards resident issues and helpful in dealing with our concerns.

Great flat, very convenient location and above all that a really great staff at Uncle Stockwell. Sadly due to the uncertainty caused by COVID19 I decided to move out but until the last minute I always recieved lots of support from the team, specially Ruth.

I highly recommend living in Uncle Buliding in E&C. The flats are amazing and the best thing is the Propery Managment team based in the bulding who are always very helpful and make stress free managing the day to day issued of living in a rent flat.
