From all the agencies I have rented flats, this is the worst without a doubt. From hiding the landlord important things that he should’ve know, to treating the tenants really poorly, to not helping us and wanting to keep all the deposit (we claimed and after someone from outside the agency checked it we won the case) Biggest scam in a while

For anyone who wishes to conduct business with Truepennys, ensure you check that white goods are in working order, request a clean as you may end up with a filthy flat, check fixtures in kitchen and bathroom and the integrity of the walls and flooring before proceeding.

GoogleFrom day one, Georgia (property manager) was second to none. Communication was always fast, efficient and resolute. You’d think you were the only people she looked after! Often you hear the troubles that people face with estate agents/landlords but TruePennys go against the grain on this one. A seriously smooth process, start to finish. If I could have used them in my next move, I would have.

GoogleI HAVE JUST SOLD MY FLAT, I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE AND TRUEPENNY'S NURSED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS WHICH WAS NOT WITHOUT IT'S PROBLEMS. I WAS NEVER LEFT WONDERING WHAT WAS HAPPENING AS I WAS SELLING FROM A DISTANCE. HAYDEN AND GEORGIA LOOKED AFTER EVERYTHING FOR ME WHICH INCLUDED VARIOUS REPAIRS AND AN ODD DISASTER ALL TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH.

GoogleOverall very happy with the service from Truepenny's. I was really pleased that Hannah did my viewings as she was very friendly. Happy with the quick replies throughout the sale process, although there was quite bit miscommunication here and there, especially when it came to exchanging and completing. Regardless, I would use Truepenny's in future. Thanks team
