GoogleThey tried to add further charges to my contract when I visited their offices to sign the contract. Room was dirty upon check-in. The flat was not in the cleanest condition either. Cleaner was supposed to visit every week, but did not show up for months. Allan (or Alam), one of the owners, is arrogant, abrasive and rude. Stay away from him and these people !!

GoogleJust moved into my place yesterday and I absolutely love it!!! Great place, super neat and tidy. The landlords are really supportive. I had lots of luggage and asked if they could meet me at the property to give me the keys and it was no problem. They even helped me bring in my luggage. Totally recommend!!!!

GoogleI would advise any tenants to avoid renting any property managed by Tony Alan. They are very dishonest and in particular an employee called Ibad. Ibad changed the contract at the last second and also avoids answering emails and in general is very rude. Notice almost all the good reviews are landlords and all the bad reviews are tenants. Be wary of this company.

Due to their support, we have had the confidence to continue increasing our portfolio. Tony Alan Estates make sure all tenants are well vetted, therefore you are unlikely to have problems during the tenancy. Every month all the rents are paid on time. Tony Alan Estates mediate between the landlord and tenants should any tenancy issues arise. I highly recommend Tony Alan Estates to all landlords.
