GoogleI've been dealing with Tony Alan Estates for the past two years now. They have been tremendous with their efforts in finding me a suitable place to rent. Their agent Shah was the person responsible in looking after me, and I must say what a man, true professional to the art. He not only took care of me, but ensured any problems or fears I feared may arise would be dealt with swiftly and accordingly. All in all a good estate agency to be involved in. Highly recommend.

GoogleI lived in one of Tony Alana Estates housing for nearly a year, before relocating abroad. The whole process, from the initial contract signing to the return of my deposit was handled smoothly and rapidly, without any hassle. Throughout my stay they were substantially more responsive than the average agency in London, and acted upon their promises while being flexible to accomodate my and my roommates needs. Happy to have rented from them, and would recommend to anyone.

GoogleApproached them looking for a place on the Spareroom. Quickly directed to communicate through WhatsApp, and this is the way they talked to my partner. Less than professional, not to mention creepy and weird. Won't go anywhere near them ever again.

GoogleWould have given zero stars if I could. If you are a tenant stay away from them! Was renting a studio let by Tony Alan in a converted house. The property was let without gas safety certificate, no CO alarm until I got my own and later I found out the property was converted without planning permission. Communication is awful- not returning calls or emails, rude beyond belief not to mention liars. When moving in there were no water meters at the property and agent advised that in this case landlord will be paying water, however when I moved out 9 months later I was harassed by Thames water to pay ridiculous bill based on what agent told them! No answer from Tony Alan on the matter of course. I could go on forever with examples of unbelievable incompetence. STAY AWAY!
Dear Anifsa We appreciate receiving feedback from our customers however, we wish to make clear on the comments made. Our Agency had valid Gas Safety Certificates during your tenancy and regarding planning permission, this is not in control of any Estate Agent but solely the responsibility of the Landlord. As per your contract signed, we have the authorisation to provide contact details to third parties (utility companies, local authorities and tenancy deposit protection scheme providers). However, on this occasion, we have not provided any details to any utility companies so we would advise to contact them and confirm where the information was obtained. Regarding Ibaad Khan, you were verbally abusive by swearing at a member of Tony Alan Estates team and this is unacceptable. Therefore, to claim that this member of staff is rude is unfounded. We would appreciate if this review is removed as the allegations are untrue.

GoogleThey tried to add further charges to my contract when I visited their offices to sign the contract. Room was dirty upon check-in. The flat was not in the cleanest condition either. Cleaner was supposed to visit every week, but did not show up for months. Allan (or Alam), one of the owners, is arrogant, abrasive and rude. Stay away from him and these people !!
