GoogleMy flatmate and I recently moved into a flat managed by Tony Alan. We've been really impressed by the professionalism of the team, particularly Amz and Ibad.
Before we moved in, we identified a few issues which the team was quick to address. Even after we moved in, we noticed a couple of issues that needed to be resolved and the team was very quick to accommodate our requests. In one instance, we requested an additional cleaning of the flat be carried out, which the team was quick to arrange. In another instance, we had some issues with the heating, so the team sent over an engineer the same day to help us resolve the problem. They even gave us a budget to purchase an electric heater, the full cost of which they will reimburse.
Overall, Amz and Ibad are professional, very responsive and clearly care about the comfort of their tenants.

GoogleGrade A crooks with nothing but malice and deceit to offer. They lie through their teeth, make commitments over phone calls because that way they won't be on record, never send out anyone for repairs and then when you fix things they hold you responsible for choosing vendors that don't meet their standards.
The safest way to deal with these pirates is to get everything in writing, never trust their word, never agree to take care of things that they ought to and remember to take and share pictures of the property on your own when you move in and move out so that you can deal with their lies with proof.
Oh by the way, watch out for their goons who will contact you and threaten you on whatsapp. I'm not kidding, the official whatsapp profile description of their key accounts guy reads "Revenge is a meal best served cold"... LOL. Thats the kind of unprofessional people you will have to deal with.

GoogleI just moved into a property and I’ve had to move out almost immediately. I was assured by the agent that the property I reserved was in the same condition as the photos. I was unable to view in person as I work 12 hour shifts 6 days per week. Upon moving in it was clearly not the case. There was water pouring through the ceiling, directly onto my bed and into the kitchen which was completely inundated with water. The damage was so significant that the landlord agreed that all tenants can move out, but only in two months time and with no refund. It’s impossible to live in these conditions and the agent isn’t willing to listen to my case just a few days into a new tenancy, be careful when dealing with this business.
