I was a tenant of a flat managed by Tony Alan and it wasn't a good experience. Mainly, the flat was in poor condition and after a few emails it was clear that they actually didn't care. They don't do check-in and it's clear that this particular flat hasn't been inspected in years. Secondly, I thought that they were very slow to reply to queries and I had to chase them for a month and a half to receive a copy of my contract. When I received the contract, many things where irrelevant (i.e. check in or inventory since they don't carry them, but also things about suppliers and rules that didn't apply to this property) and they were, again, slow to reply via emails when I questioned some of these points. They apparently have an online system to follow up with things, but of course I was never granted an access. After few months through the tenancy, they kept emailing a tenant that had left. Towards the end, they booked appointments that never happened. They also scheduled visits but forgot the access keys Etc. Etc. However, they did refund the deposit without being too annoying.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NEVER RENT FROM THIS AGENCY!! WE PAID A FEE TO TAKE THE FLAT -WE WANTED TO RENT- OFF THE MARKET AND AGREED TO MOVE. TWO DAYS BEFORE MOVING THEY SHOWED THE FLAT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY GAVE IT TO RENT FOR THEM. We found an apartment with their sister company called Room Finders Club. Would certainly recommend for renting in London. They were very friendly on emails, response time very good.
