Chiara was spot on meeting my rental needs and followed up the paperwork quickly and efficiently - always with a smile! The post rental service has been fantastic. GoogleTLC are amazing to work with, and made what i was worried would be a big job seem small and slick. Couldn't recommend more.. I was even more impressed to see their contribution to the local community - running a charity play (a christmas carol!) for the residents they look after really is something that goes above and beyond and shows that not everyone is out there just to turn a profit whatever the cost. thank you to jess in particular for all your great work, and bringing my kids to the play was a great recommendation - they loved it, and it got them out of the house and doing something a bit different than staring at those blasted iPads!

GoogleMy friend and I were renting a flat through TLC for a little more than 2 years and we can honestly say that they were great throughout the whole period. If there was ever any issues with the flat they took immediate action without having to interfere with our normal daily life, all handled very smoothly and they were all very supportive. We would be happy to recommend their services, both as estate agents and management service, to any one.

GoogleTLC have let my flat for almost 3 decades so I have dealt with several of the team over the years; Samantha, Toby and Jamie and Nadine. What I especially like about TLC is the personal service (the team has low turnover and high responsibility. They answer the phone and even call you back, shock horror. I contrast this to other agents where you can never get hold of them unless they want something from you.) I have gone to TLC for advice on all kinds of issues and the advice has always been spot on. I deal with agents from 3 other large chains on other properties and have been on ‘the receiving end’ of agents and landlords when my children rented flats during their degrees so I particularly appreciate the fact that TLC are scrupulously fair to tenant AND landlord; I can attest to the fact that this is exceptional. I feel TLC has always gone out of its way to provide excellent service and the whole team is well embedded in the local community. I have the warmest regard not just for Samantha, whom I usually deal with, but the entire company.

GoogleTLC runs a very friendly, efficient and effective property management team. We switched from another managing agency several years ago and found TLC to be streets ahead in terms of being proactive and getting things done and just generally on-the-ball. Their local knowledge is excellent, as are their relationships with contractors. We work mostly with Jamie who is a really nice guy. Paperwork and admin is good, as is communication, and they're willing to stay late for meetings and respond to emails out-of-hours. Definitely recommend.

Googletlc are just the most wonderful estate agent slash block management company ive ever had the pleasure of working with. i truly admire their community spirit with their regular events - it's so lovely watching someone truly feed off the happiness of others and sacrifice (nowadays such precious) time in order to give something back to a (probably relatively undeserving) community . you see it in their work too - jess is an absolute star and impresses me with her speed and knowledge every single time i come in to contact with her, as has everyone else i have come into contact with.

GoogleExcellent service - Second to None. Kate and Toby are not only highly skilled and efficient as property professionals, but also good listeners. They really do take on board the varying requirements and needs of each buyer and seller. TLC are proof that property transactions do not have to be all about pressure, hustle and being strong-armed in a way that taints the whole transaction. TLC's agents (and their background support staff as well) are supportive, patient and unfailingly polite, whichever side of the deal you are on. A privilege and a pleasure to find such a special agency.

GoogleHaving bought a property from TLC in October, all involved were excellent at helping me push through the process at every stage. Very friendly staff including Jack and Toby who made my life a lot easier when managing a full time job and completing on a property. Not only did they assist with the purchase, but also have continued to go above and beyond for the past 3 months to ensure everything is still going smoothly, and offering help whenever needed. Very sharp at responding to requests and a pleasure to deal with. Great people that know the area extremely well and would highly recommend to buyers, or people looking for property management.

They have exceeded all expectations and have been absolutely invaluable to us in keeping our tenants happy and our house well maintained and looked after. High staff turnover, inflation busting fee increases, unsatisfactory project management, late payment of contractors blamed on their own inadequate IT/payments systems, unresponsive managment/owners. Do not recommend

GoogleIf you are searching a property to rent in Earls Court then TLC is the Agency you should be heading to. They have been really helpful, concerned & honest through my renting process in addition to the fact that they adv the nicest properties. I will definitely use TLC agency in my next searching to rent & highly recommend it to anyone who is interest in SW5 area. Tip: Ask for Chiara, I wouldn't changed her with any agent.

GoogleToby and the team at TLC are just wonderful. Not only do I deal with them professionally in my building but I recently helped him put on Alice in Wonderland for the local community in Earls Ct. We raised over 6K for the charity and had 62 local children involved. Over 1000 local residents are thank for Toby's dedication to Earls Court. xx
