GoogleAVOID, AVOID, AVOID TLC ...Very disappointing experience with TLC Estate Agents. From the outset, communication was poor - responses were slow, unclear, and often required repeated follow-ups just to get basic information.
There was also a concerning lack of transparency in how matters were handled, particularly regarding decisions and charges. Instead of clear explanations, we were left chasing for answers, which created unnecessary frustration and confusion.
More importantly, concerns were not handled with the level of professionalism you would expect. Issues felt dismissed rather than properly addressed, which made the overall experience even more frustrating.
Due to these ongoing problems, we have now given formal notice to terminate their services.
Overall, the service fell well below expectations, and I would not recommend them based on our experience.

GoogleHad a truly fantastic experience with Callum F of TLC for a acquisition in Belgravia. We had severe issues for months, but thanks to Callums dedication and very clear communication we made it. If it was not for his skill and advise/near daily pro activity for 4 months we would not have completed successfully. Daily chasing several parties was needed by Callum. Also whenever we wished to visit the property (approx 8 time) he accommodated all requests, always thinking along and actually solving new occurring issues. However, when it came to the signing and moving in process (a different agent within TLC), the communication with the landlord was not great. They changed my move in date the day before moving and this put me in a very difficult situation. Once having moved in and talking to the landlord, we realized he was not aware of any of the supporting documents I had sent and the dates TLC had promised, so I think they could do a better job with communicating between landlord and tenant

Our block has been with TLC management for several years. However in March 2026 Candy Williams at TLC became the block's contact. Amazing ! Suddenly everything started to happen - emails were efficiently and promptly answered and issues which had appeared too difficult (eg getting UKPN to replace a mains cable) were taken care of. Candy is a real can do get a grip kind of person. You feel that she cares about the block as she could care about her own home. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
