Not good. More room for improvement. Have not worked in the best interest of the building, freeholders and leasholders. Lack of communication and motivation and very risk adverse.

GoogleWill and the rest of the management team have done a fantastic job of looking after our building. We had a rogue tenant in one of the flats in our building and the entire management team (especially Will) went above and beyond the normal role of a management team to help sort out the problem. Would highly recommend.

Kate Wood is always contactable, answers questions without delay and her knowledge of the building management business is such that she is able to make regular money savings suggestions. Cannot recommend TLC and Kate more highly as a building manager.

GoogleFirst met was good but onwards was disappointed! Rented apartment from them and got a key for the private Gardens to the property. But when tried to get refund back for the key and they would not care enough. Delayed delayed and delayed as they were too busy and no one else so busy. Far away from professional conduct and I don’t know where to complain about this issue except giving up on my deposit. Be care while dealing with them.
Dear Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. We take every review seriously and I am sorry to hear about your experience regarding the garden key for Philbeach Gardens. The property you rented was not through tlc, however we do assist the communal garden committee with issuing the garden keys to residents, hence we were your point of contact for this purpose. Although we process the administration for releasing and returning keys, the garden committee remain in control of the accounts and actioning refunds. Unfortunately this means that we have no control over issuing the return cheque to you and any complaint would need to be made directly to the committee.
