Googlea wise man once told me that i was bloody difficult to work with. my dad was right. but I have never in my 27 years of building works dealt with anyone as straightforward and organised as jess, and while it might sound a bit outrageous, she makes me want to be more like her. an absolute credit to the company!

GoogleI have been working with TLC for a few years doing their maintenance and refurbishment works and i must say that they are by far the most organised, professional and pleasant management agents i have come across. They are very good at managing their clients and projects , they are proactive at the site meetings and generally offer a fantastic service.

Thank you, Richard! It's been a pleasure to work with you.

GoogleQuite frankly the best agency I had a pleasure to deal with recently. The market is very tough at the moment, other agents let me down by cancelling the viewings very last minute or showing properties that didn't match my requirements. TLC has been amazing on every stage. My offer got accepted pretty quickly and both Nicole and Michael from the office were extremely patient with me and my requests and guided me through the process of renting. Amazing service!

GoogleHaving struggled with our previous building managers, we are so glad to have found tlc. They are much more communicative and put on great local events for us residents to enjoy. Really looking forward to their summer musical.

TrustpilotHaving dealt with a variety of agents…
Having dealt with a variety of agents over the years I can honestly say Tlc and especially Toby have been the most helpful, honest and genuinely nice people to deal with. I wouldn’t go to any other agents now!

GoogleI have dealt with Alex Miller in a professional capacity for many years and have found him to be an excellent communicator and brilliant at his job. I would have no hesitation in using TLC

GoogleThey were very thorough and called me back quickly but the agent gave me a lot of sass when I said I didn’t want to see the property because the charges seemed too high. Felt unprofessional.

GoogleOur tenants are much happier now that tlc has taken over from nightmare previous managing agent (direx, who were unprofessional, incompetent & always treating tenants with disdain). Thank you tlc for providing a friendly service.

GoogleI had a great experience on viewing tours with Elodie who showed me some properties before they had even been launched. I could not recommend them enough for a property search in Kensington and Chelsea.

GoogleStay Away! Stay Away! Stay Away! Honestly the worst customer service based company I’ve ever dealt with! Never contactable, they routinely have full answerphone boxes so you can’t even leave a message. They don’t do anything they say, yet charges increase drastically. Avoid like the plague, companies like this quite honestly deserve to go out of business. If I could rate them a 0 I would have done.
