GoogleFantastic agency! There were always there to handle everything whenever we had something that needed repairing or changed in the flat. Flat was maintained in great conditions throughout our stay. Jamie was incredibly helpful. Would definetely recommand!

GoogleWe have been working with TLC for number of years on many jobs now. There are so many Estate Agents around so the choice is vast and to made the right choice is daunting however we never worked with any other who would come close to TLC friendly and professional approach. Having done few projects with Elias Odunlami recently I can't praise enough his dedication and fast response to any query . Always helpful and on time coordinating all the minor and major issues when necessary. Great to work with.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience both looking to rent a flat and in renting out my own apartment. TLC were always extremely professional and adept in helping me with any issues that surfaced and presented me with a host of suitable apartments. When renting my own out they found a brilliant tenant within a few days marketing - Superb! Lakeshia in particular always went above and beyond to ensure there were no problems and is a consummate professional with a smile always on her face. Would highly recommend!

If your a landlord I wouldn't look anywhere else when listing a property for lease in London. Exceptional!!

GoogleManaged insurance claim for a leak and procured the most efficient contractor to undertake the work. Steven from TLC, supervised the work consistently and ensured the project was prioritised on account of a tight travel schedule. Would recommend them/him for similar such work any day!

GoogleAs the official local agents of Earls Court, these guys really do understand the market they serve more than any of the larger names. I've been using them for years renting my flat and they have never failed me in the service and advice they've offered. Compared to many of the big name agents inn the area who I've found always come across as second hand car dealers trying to make a quick deal for their commison, TLC's guys are a genuine pleasure to speak do and work with. They are real people who clearly love what they do in offering a person service, and the fact I've been dealing with the same guys and girls here for years speaks volumes. I couldn't recommend them any more highly.

GoogleI had a great experience with TLC! It wasn't just the very first rental of my life, but I was also alone in a foreign country. Their professionalism and experience helped me facing every issue I could possibly have during my stay. I felt like somebody was taking very good care of me all the time. Moreover, my friends and family were always complimenting me about the beautiful conditions of my apartment: it was modern and very well maintained. I always recommend them TLC, if I hear they are looking for a property to rent in London. The agents' knowledge of the area helps you uncover its potential and understand its strategic position in the City. Finally, agency fees are lower than competitors (and no hidden fees!).
