No accountability or protection for landlords it appears when tenants cause loss of property. Vague contracts the agency itself do not seem to understand. Unable to take responsibility and respond to landlord queries clearly, despite substantial fees charged for tenancy contracts.

GoogleThe professionalism and service at TLC is incomparable. As a student, finding an accommodation has always been a very exhausting experience but with TLC this was not the case. Within days I was matched with a flat which perfectly met the criteria I put forward. Huge praises to the whole team and in particular to Lakeshia for her reliability and great communication.

GoogleI’d like to thank Tlc, and more personally Sean Stock, for managing so well and thoroughly the electrical issue in our building, it was a delicate and long process but he was always on top of it to make sure it got solved as quickly and efficiently as possible, and to calm the spirits of landlords and tenants!
