GoogleWhen I moved to London it was the usual hassle finding a place to live. Through a local connection I came in touch with TLC London, and that was a blessing. TLC London helped me find a perfect flat for a very reasonable price. The staff performed service well above what I had experienced elsewhere. It is also worth noting that they acted quick. It took less than 3 days for me to have everything sorted out. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in SW5. They know what they are doing and they are very helpful and capable.

GoogleMoved into a TLC rented property in Jan and it has been one of the most seamless processes dealing with them to resolve all queries - big and small. Bouchra, one of the property managers, has been extremely attentive throughout even during the COVID crisis and I would highly recommend her (and TLC) to future renters looking to enjoy a hassle-free life with agents / landlords.

TrustpilotTLC but... No tlc
I engaged them to sell my flat, they were miles out on the valuation , TLClondon valued the property, we accepted their valuation. TLClondon proceeded to advertise the property for a week they came back suggesting that we should drop the price substantially, having reduced the price as suggested by them, shortly after they came back saying that the price should be dropped even more. A very stressful, unprofessional and disappointing experience.
