Best experience I’ve had with an estate agent! The team were always communicative and friendly which made the whole experience (almost) stress free. My questions were always answered quickly and they went above and beyond to give a fab experience when choosing our new home!

GoogleWe couldn't recommend The Modern House more highly if you are looking to sell your design-led property. We had been let down twice during transactions with different local agents and were feeling jaded by the whole process. The Modern House was just the tonic we needed: completely transparent and realistic; everyone we encountered was a specialist in their specific role in the process; we never once had to chase for updates; and, somehow we were made to feel like their only client. Ultimately, if you are looking for an agency who can get your home sold, even in a difficult market, then TMH can do this. However, it is the way they get your home sold that makes it stress-free and, dare I say, enjoyable that truly sets them apart from other agencies.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house in South East London via The Modern House. From start to finish, the process was seamless and the interaction with the company felt personalised and premium. We've only bought and sold in the US, so this was our first experience in the UK market with different laws, processes and timelines. Sarah Hatcher, our agent, was fantastic throughout offering insight and guidance and being available for all questions no matter how big and small - on the purchase and the process. The experience matched the expectations given the brand. Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleAbsolute joke of an EA. No communication, mixed messages, having to chase up phone and email, pushing buyers into bidding wars. All the shady practices of estate agents are 1000 times worse as they know they have niche properties and a monopoly on them. Hopefully some competition comes along. Watch this space. Rosie Fallconer was our liaison on the project and she was unfailingly optimistic and inexhaustible in what was an awful post Brexit market.

GoogleI bought an apartment through Modern House which was very complex for a number of reasons. Kate from MH was exceptional, patient and more knowledgeable than either sides solicitor (certainly my side). It was a painful process but MH were fantastic throughout, I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell with them.

Our advisor Jack's calm and measured negotiations throughout the process helped smooth many rough edges off what can be a stressful and often adversarial experience.
