GoogleVery impressed with their knowledge and their marketing literature produced for our house. The photos were superb picking up on features of the house design and setting very well. Their specialist knowledge brought in buyers for a niche market such that we got a very quick sale. A "normal" agent would not have been able to deliver this nor cast out such a wide net for prospective buyers.

GoogleI called six times re an apartment. They don’t call back. Not sure how they manage to sell anything when they don’t call buyers back???

GoogleThe Modern House managed to capture what we loved about our home and attract the right buyers for it. Having had a few agents over it became clear that MH really understands and appreciated all the features of our home that the other agents just didn’t get. GoogleThe Modern House are transformationally different from dealing with any other property agency. Everyone was so thorough, helpful, intelligent and responsive, and to cap it all off we got an excellent price for the house. All the newsletters, the brand etc are very interesting too, but in terms of their core business - selling houses - I can't recommend them highly enough.

Having approached three other agencies with no success we found the Modern House who took on the challenge of our self-built unusual property and gave us an excellent service - not only selling the house but getting us the full asking price.

Arranged to view a property on a Sunday, travelled 3 1/2hrs to the appointment, waited and waited, a no show on their part, no phone call, a whole day wasted, never any explanation offered! Lovely pictures, lousy service!
