GoogleThe Collective is an amazing community - it has gone from strength to strength year on year ... the team is a lot more professional now than year 1 and the restaurant has transformed in the last 6 months - recommend living and dining here and the staff super friendly and helpful in the restaurant and building and community functions. I moved in for 6 months but stayed 3+ years. I highly recommend the building.

GoogleIt's a beautiful environment, there's some sort of event going on every day, and it's easy to make friends. Rooms are cleaned once every two weeks. Also, when I returned home late at night, I was able to use the North Acton night tube station (although it was a bit of a walk), which was convenient. You will need to bring your own toilet paper, towels, shampoo, etc., but you can buy them at the convenience store next door. I would like to use it again the next time I stay in London.

Googlewe visited our daughter who was staying at The Collective. I have to say I was hugely impressed. a combination of a plush hotel and a luxury block of apartments. there was a very cool buzz around the place with a real diversity of age, nationality and purpose. The facilities were outstanding. the access via tube ideal. It had a relaxed vibe but the whole thing seemed to be functioning smoothly and simply. I can definitely see the appeal for young professionals who want affordable, low maintenance living in London.

GoogleCertainly one of the better "Plug n play" + "all costs inclusive" accommodations I would recommend in London. The general facilities are rather decent, the room albeit a bit small is functionally well designed, maintenance is efficient but what stands out is the staff : generally very helpful (must make special mention of Urvisha who went out of her way to help in matters not related to her core role).

GoogleBroken elevator, tenants have to take the stairs and being charged a legally questionable fee of £250 if you used the wrong exit, front desk also failed and let hobo sneaked into the building, with the staff attitude, security breach and the fines they casually imposed on tenants, I would definitely think twice!

Please do yourself a favor and don’t get any close to these fraudsters. They didn’t pay me back an amount they owe me from the rest of my rent altough they told me they will process the payment. You can’t reach out to them and they won’t reply to you.

I lived in The Collective for a long time. You will be safe from price hikes of any utility bills. Never worry about parcels, they will take them for you. Gym and common areas are also additional benefits. Rooms are designed efficient and smart way. I managed to put so many things inside the room.

GoogleThe place and the concept is amazing, they make renting really easy and less stressful than the standard renting process. Personally I wish they were more central in London for the price, it would make it more affordable and a real hit for their own business. I would certainly invest in this business model in a more central city area if I had the opportunity
