I’ve been here for 2 years and want to emphasize how important the reception/client relationship is and I honestly feel that Luiza, Dani and Lamaya have brought a lot of positive energy, fun events and a relaxed but efficient environment at reception. They are all very approachable, kind and open minded. Lovely to have them around 🤟😎

GoogleAmazing staff in The Collective front of house team. In particular, Lamaya, Danielle and Luiza who always greet guests and residents with a smile, who are helpful on all accounts and who bring life and a welcoming atmosphere to the reception foyer. A valuable asset to the buildings amenities.

I lived in The Collective for a long time. You will be safe from price hikes of any utility bills. Never worry about parcels, they will take them for you. Gym and common areas are also additional benefits. Rooms are designed efficient and smart way. I managed to put so many things inside the room.

GoogleThe place and the concept is amazing, they make renting really easy and less stressful than the standard renting process. Personally I wish they were more central in London for the price, it would make it more affordable and a real hit for their own business. I would certainly invest in this business model in a more central city area if I had the opportunity

GoogleJust completed the initial deposit set up process with Abdo Dada. He's been very responsive via email and whatsapp which has been very helpful since I'm currently out of the country and planning to live here for a 6 month stint. Thanks for all the help Abdo!

GoogleHow can this place has so many good reviews??? Water regularly stops running, we had to go to shop buy water for brushing teeth, lift broken all the time, fire alarm goes off at middle of night, I really don't understand where these good reviews comes from?!!!!!!

GoogleIt was pretty good. She did her cleaning job quite well and nice nature, too. Dusting job can be better though. But the bar stool in kitchen needs replacement. Very dirty when I moved in a week ago. Room window needs cleaning from outside. Also, very dirty/dusty.

My far the worst mistake of my life. Do not believe anything they promise. You will be treated like a criminal serving time. The staff both on site and the head office have an ego bigger then the job they do. When you confront them about their fake promises you will be evicted. It’s been nothing but an emotional and financial abuse.

GoogleThe worst place ever. The building has 6 managers all unprofessional. All they do is drink Alcohol whilst on shift. Also there are people with COVID19 Positive in the building which are going around in the 2nd floor Terrace hugging everyone and spreading the virus. The residents are like bunch of kids who pretend to be adults. The Collective Old Oak you need to FIX UP!!!

I lived here for 6 months and honestly it’s super run down. The rooms are TINY. And for London with the prices they are now, you can get something better a little bit further here and there. If you’re considering moving here and you’re super lonely and don’t care about space or quality then it’s a good place to mix with people.

GoogleAwful - paying over 1000 per month to live in a box room in claustrophic hallways, 'shared spaces' you feel uncomfortable using - doesn't feel at all social - just a chicken coup to make as much money as possible putting as many people into as smaller space as possible for a hideous about of money and hideous contracts. would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances

GoogleBeing only 5 minutes walk from my work this is a convenient place to live. A bus stop is right outside the front door and the nearest tube/overground station is 10 minutes walk away if I wish to travel in to London. The restaurant has good quality food and is very reasonably priced. They have various interesting activities during the evening and there is lots of entertainment available.

GoogleJust paid a visit to the building and community and ended up reserving my flat not just for the amazing facilities but mostly for the agent Abdo Dada who guided me through every detail and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't recommend enough!

The social aspect is great but the prices are just ridiculous!The events are nice and it is very easy to make friends however the prices are too high for what you get. With similar (if not lower) prices you can find studios in other places that are double the size and with the same amenities (swimming pool, gym, cinema).

Have lived here for around 8 months.The people staying here are amazing but the staff are awful. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Member support never helps. The sales pitch you get on the way in is very different to what it's actually like when you get in.Do not believe the sales rep! Ask real members what it's like before you buy.
