Until this week I had been a private landlord, using the services of L&A Lettings for over 10 years. From identifying suitable properties to purchase, giving excellent support/advice and then to attracting and identifying suitable tenants, drawing up agreements. The process was seamless. Thereafter, the management of tenants and my properties was excellent and I had absolute confidence in leaving all matters of maintenance, safety certificates and processing of rent payments. Even during the challenges created by the Covid pandemic, the management of my properties continued without issue. After 10 years, I took an individual decision to sell my properties to enjoy the fruits of my investment. Once again, Lyndon at L&A Lettings was able to quickly identify interested buyers who purchased each house, with a sitting tenant and thereby securing their continuing tenancy, minimising disruption. I wholly commend any prospective landlord or tenant to look to L&A Lettings as an exemplar of providing 5 star customer service and support and reducing the inevitable stress of being a landlord or tenant!

We have just sold our house with Kingshills and I can honestly say they are by far the best estate agents in the area. Our onward purchase fell through with another estate agent (who were awful and cancelled our purchase via email) Katie at Kingshills stepped in and went way above and beyond to ensure we could proceed with our sale and tie it in with a rental property through Kingshills. I couldn't ask for a better Estate Agent - Whilst selling a property, I was taken for a fool by a "lesser" estate agent - a quick phone call to Matt Bates @ Winkworths, and he proved to me that not all estate agents are worth the bad rap they get. They offer fair pricing and an outstanding service - they will listen to you as the client and work with you to get the job done. Waste of time, they never bother getting back to you. I went into the Moreton branch last year asking about a flat local to me and they said they'd put my details down but it was the Wallasey branch who would deal with it. A few weeks passed and still nothing so I went into the Wallasey one and was told the viewings were full but if it didn't go then they'd contact me. Once again, nothing. It was on Rightmove for about 2 months after that before it finally went! I enquired on Rightmove about another property and applied twice within a week asking for more info and to view it and you guessed it, nothing. Still to let though 3-4 weeks later! Useless company and if I see their name attached to anything I don't bother wasting my time now

Acting on behalf of my sister, unable to cope following loss of her husband coupled with not moving house for over 50 years, I was extremely impressed with the level of understanding and support offered by Bonds. Her property started life as a couple of small cottages, which were joined, extended and morphed into a large house surrounded by acres land. It was not a conventional 3 bedroom property but Bonds inspired lots of interest and continued to do so after two sales collapsed. They provided accompanied visits so she felt less vulnerable and regular feedback. Their professional input never wavered despite the final sale taking almost two years. Extremely happy with service and support thank you.
