GoogleI honestly can’t understand why anyone would leave a negative review. I have had dealings with 3 fantastic girls 2 named Hannah and one called Alex ,all 3 of them were very professional in their jobs , very easy to talk to and not at all pushy . I would highly recommend to anyone looking for advice concerning the property market to give these a try .

GoogleOur purchase and sale experience with KT has been brilliant. We put our house up for sale very last minute due to seeing another property we loved. Hannah Naughlty valued our property, and had it on the market all within 2 days, and it sold 8 days later after 1 viewing! They all kept us up to date every step of the way, particularly Hannah Wilkinson, and we knew we could trust them to get the job done. They also kept our vendors in the loop with I think contributed to our offer being accepted as they knew we were dedicated to buying their house. Overall, a brilliant experience so far and would highly recommend to anyone considering using them. We will deffo be coming back should we ever need them in the future.

GoogleWe sold our house in 2025 through Maddisons, and Karen (and the team) were amazing every step of the way. It was an unusual property, I live overseas, the buyers were tricky, lawyers were delayed and we needed additional last minute help to empty the house to meet the deadline - but everything was handled with professionalism and expert guidance. Karen also has great local networks - a moving company helped us at the 11th hour, only because they knew it was for her. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’re so glad we chose Maddisons, and you can absolutely trust Karen to manage even the most challenging situations. Highly recommend!

GoogleHad a very poor experience with Jamie, one of the estate agents. After making an offer on a flat in Brockley, he came across as condescending, patronising and to be frank, rather rude. He went as far as making a few snide remarks. In the end, I withdrew the offer as I wouldn't be comfortable with him managing the process. Surprisingly poor sales acumen from "professional" estate agent.
Harrison, you had many positive conversations with Jamie within the week between you viewing and submitting an offer. We always strive to get the best outcome for our clients, and sometimes that means you may not always agree with the feedback you receive. Jamie spoke about the options available to you, it's unfortunate that you felt this came across as condescending or patronising. We wish you luck in your ongoing property search.
