I first met James12 months ago while we were looking for a house to rent before our move back to France the following year. He helped me find several houses and took me round a lot of different properties… none of which were quite right for me. He also kept telling me about this one particular house that I needed to view and I kept saying no and that I didn’t want to live there. However, thanks to James’s tenacity and fantastic knowledge and relationship with his clients we did in fact both love and move in to the house that I was adamant I didn’t want to view within a matter of weeks! It has been an absolute pleasure having James as our agent always on the other end of the phone if you should need him as is Anna (also a delight) I would not hesitate to recommend Kingshills who have proven to be efficient, reliable, professional and friendly at what I believe to be one of the most stressful periods of your life!

We’ve recently sold 2 properties via Kingshills and couldn’t recommend enough. From my initial meeting with Steve where he showed me their unique way of showing properties at their best, through to completion on both properties where Katie was an absolute hero sorting some issues out quickly & without fuss right at the final hours, communication was quick & easy. Really refreshing not having to constantly chase! The whole team truly are passionate about what they do, are happy to take the time to ensure you understand exactly what’s going on (especially when I’ve not had to do this before so had lots of questions, sorry Katie!) & got both properties sold very close to original asking prices. About two years ago I invited several local Estate Agents to value our property. Steve James stood out from the crowd with his passion for property and enthusiasm for marketing and professionalism. Having used Reapit for 10 years and then having to switch to another CRM system, I really missed it. Reapit is the industry standard in my opinion and I wouldn’t choose to use any other system. I’ve recently switched back, and the process wasn’t nearly as daunting as I had expected. Their team was excellent at every stage and delivered well within our target launch date. One thing worth noting is that I didn’t initially choose Reapit because it doesn’t run natively on a Mac. However, I purchased a second-hand 2021 MacBook with good specs and installed Parallels so I could run Windows 11. It works seamlessly, so it’s definitely a workable solution if you’re using a Mac. 10/10 for Reapit. Although, if I’m honest, I secretly hope my competitors keep using systems that are nowhere near as good.

The team at Kingshill were professional and helpful throughout our selling experience. Our house sold very quickly thanks to Katie’s efforts and throughout the whole process she kept driving our chain forward in order to progress to exchange of contracts. Our chain was complex and there were some bumps in the road but Katie never stopped advocating for us and was always in contact with us throughout. If the time comes to move again we would absolutely use Kingshill.

Recently moved into a new home through Brockenhurst letting agency . Rosie was part of the process from the first viewing right through to moving in and even after settling in , she has been a constant help, a quick response and has made what can be an incredible stressful transition, a manageable and enjoyable one . Rosie has gone above and beyond for us , she doesn’t make anything seem like it’s too much and has kept communication between ourselves and the landlord efficient and simple.
