GoogleI have no hesitation in giving Storey's 5 stars for their service, their professionalism and their sheer hard work. Alex particularly impresses but Jason and Sam also add great value in their experience and no-nonsense, straight-talking advice. I know a number of landlords who have let through or sold with Storey's so we are talking about consistent delivery of excellence. I would recommend them to everyone!

GooglePerhaps the worst estate agents I've ever had to deal with during 21 years of living/renting in London. Even before we moved into the flat they were managing, they routinely 'misinformed' us about contact they had made with the landlord - however as we'd already met the landlord and he'd given us his number, it turned out upon speaking to him that no contact had been made at all. During our 12 months at the property stay they proved to be equally as unreliable, despite having promised a first-class service to the landlord before he handed over a non-doubt not-insignificant lump of cash. Hence the landlord and I decided that we'd manage any fixes, replacements and other issues directly between ourselves. They were equally as 'misleading' (if I were being cynical I'd say lying) when it came to leaving the property and managing the checkout inspection, landlord signoff and deposit return - yet more instances of several Storeys 'managers' telling us they'd be in contact with the landlord to move things forward, only for a quick Whatsapp chat with the landlord to reveal that'd they'd done nothing of the sort. I'm quite astounded by the number of positive reviews they've received on Google. Surely some mistake?

GoogleAll the positive reviews are from landlords. Storeys should be called stories! as they run their own narrative of the truth. Had a most awful experience.. I would advise you avoid if you are a tenant. You know something is grossly wrong if you have to school a letting agency on the legal requirements for letting. Landlord didn't provide a valid electrical safety report. Storeys told me it didn't need it. I called the council to check and they advised me not to move in until after a new safety report had been done. Landlord didn't like the council being involved and pulled the deal stating a lack of trust. Dangerous and careless attitude to towards tenant safety. AVOID

GoogleThe team wouldn’t respond to me after I’d signed the contract and failed to show me the true condition of the property I rented (as I did an online viewing), moreover they kept changing the rent price and when I arrived at the flat it hadn’t been cleaned and was extremely dusty. Very disappointed and will not be using again! EDIT: Andy proceeded to contact me after my review, sincerely apologising and tried to make things right. I really appreciated this and I think it does reflect on the fact that storeys care about their customers. He has assured me that the experience that I had will not occur to anyone else in the future.NegativeResponsiveness
