GoogleThe worst company we've ever dealt with. One star is too generous of a rating here. We're tenants renting an apartment through Storeys and when there are issues, they almost never respond. We need to send a good three or four follow up emails (over the course of many weeks) until we get any sort of response and when they do respond, it's only a generic 'we'll look into it' and then we don't hear from them again. Since we moved in, we've needed to contact them a good three or four times and it's always been the same. It took almost two months for us to get internet access because they just wouldn't respond to us - I had to resort to calling continuously, like every 5 minutes, before they would talk to us. It took us almost six months to get a second set of keys - meaning my partner and I were sharing one set - again, because they wouldn't respond and I had to resort to calling continuously every 5 minutes. There's water damage from a leak and we're currently in a five month long email thread in which 90% of the responses are us begging them to respond to our emails - and it's still ongoing! When you call them directly, it goes straight to voicemail. You can sometimes get hold of reception but you are only told 'I'll pass this onto the relevant person' before never hearing from them again. If I made a company and set out to give the worst customer service imaginable, I couldn't in my wildest dreams do it this poorly. I can't begin to understand what could possibly be happening to mean every form of communication is just totally blanked. If you're going to use Storeys' services, you had better hope you don't ever need to contact them in any way. Many times, I've asked them directly 'why is nobody responding to us' but that question is always ignored.

GoogleOne of the worst experiences I've had in my search to rent a place - and I'm never really one to leave reviews. We placed an offer on a flat and received a call the next day to let us know it had been accepted. We were told to expect the paperwork to be sent over within minutes and that it would be finalised/taken of the market. For the next seven hours our calls and messages were, what seems, deliberately ignored before our estate agent Jason finally picks up the phone to tell us "the landlord changed his mind and thinks he can get more money now". It was completely unprofessional from both the estate agent and landlord, with absolute disregard for our time.

GoogleUsed to be a tenant from this agency for two years. I have to say I do not recommend this estate agency to no one honestly, it has been the worst experience dealing with them during my tenancy and after it. Very bad service, unprofessional, do not call back and do not answer back to emails, unless to ask for the rent. I moved out a year ago even then they still give my phone details to contractors that untill today still call me for renovations in a flat where I haven't lived since a year. Also still haven't received my full deposit because of their mistake with the checkout. Everytime I call their agency, they only take a message tell me they will call back but no one from manager to agent does. Worst agency I have ever had in London.

GoogleDeeply disappointed by my experience with Storeys. They have not assisted us in any way with the move out and organising the inventory check at the end of the tenancy. Additionally, we are still waiting for them to return our deposit after 6+ weeks since moving out. They have not been getting back to us, or the landlord, and we have been chasing them without any luck. I would not recommend working with them as a landlord or tenant.

GoogleSam and Josiah wasted my time for weeks discussing managing my mother's property before saying they would not because the tenant receives housing benefit which they knew all along. They were not even decent enough to reply to my last messages asking for clarification as to why the absurd decision was made.
