GoogleI have worked with Storey's closely as they are looking after 16 units on a development I work in, in Tottenham Hale. Alex in particular is brilliant and always so polite and professional. Alex and Storey's team are truly a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend them for lettings on future projects I work on!

GoogleBeen using them for a number of years now and to be perfectly honest, was always happy. In this ever changing climate where cost of living affects everyone, our needs were always heard. Any queries or questions or anything, was always picking up the phone and ring them, and there is always someone on the other end with a good attitude to listen and advise. I'm not a big fan of emails so any feedback that needs given, I ring up, the old fashioned way. Have to say, Andy always acted in our best interest, so big up to you, Andy. Overall, highly pleased with the services and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

GoogleI have been using lettings agents for years to rent my portfolio of properties and i have noticed the last few years the general quality of service has been horrific with substandard tenants and the general poor management and communication from inexperienced agents. I was recommended Andy by a friend and although being pessimistic i thought i would atleast see what he had to say . I must say i was very impressed with his friendly approachable manner and his display of knowledge and experience that i gave him a property to trial . He sourced a tenant very quickly with good rent and the key for me was the calmness of communication and how responsive he was . I have now given over my portfolio with confidence as i know i am in good hands . if you are thinking of renting your property or have had bad experience elsewhere which is very common in this day and age then i would highly recommend meeting with Andy as the quality of service is second to non . keep up the good work .

GoogleStoreys are an absolutely brilliant estate agent, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I was renting out my central London flat, and stupidly assumed I should go with the biggest agency (beginning with Fox and ending in -ons!) After weeks of zero activity, I switched to Storeys instead, and they sprang into action. Many viewings, lots of feedback, always courteous and punctual and pro-active. The best thing about Storeys is that they care about what they're doing: matching your flat to great tenants, or matching you to a great flat if you're a tenant. It's a personalised, highly professional service, and they're a genuine pleasure to deal with. The owner Andy Blythe is super-experienced, and nothing is too much bother. Best of all, within a week they had rented my flat at the asking price, the tenants have already moved in - they're happy and so am I! Huge thanks to Storeys, and I recommend them 100%

GoogleI have recently engaged Storeys to help let my flat. From the first contact with Sam, to working with Joe to ensure the flat was fully prepared and ready to receive new tenants, the entire process has been smooth and professional. I also think they the most polite person on the phone in Yasmin! Readily available and fast to respond when needed. They take pride in looking after owners and tenants. I highly recommend them.

GoogleStoreys have been looking after 3 properties for us since 2021. Previously we had used some of the large agencies. We've been totally impressed at the level of service we have received since we joined them. They are friendly, responsive - and extremely good value. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service.

GoogleI can only warn you, stay well away!! Me and my partner used this estate agent for a property about a month and a half ago and was by far the most stressful and degrading experience we have ever had to go through, this is my second review because 1 month later iv received a number of emails of them asking me for rent money and warnings for late payment ! I don’t rent with them ! And I never will ! I will ask my solicitor if this will have a credit impact and if it will you will be seeing me in court .

GoogleJust rented through Storeys and absolutely loved my experience with the team. They are so different to normal estate agents and were honest and transparent. I had a few teething problems as you often do when moving but they were quickly resolved. Thanks for all your help team.

GoogleWARNING TO ALL NEW TENANTS....AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IF THEY ARE GOING TO BE MANAGING YOUR HOME. THEY ARE SIMPLY INCAPABLE OF DOING SO. Absolutely useless and incompetent. We filed a complaint with the property ombudsman service as they left us with heating for 2 months last winter. Complaint upheld. Lettings manager either unable to read or comprehend engineers report confirming fault. They lie to landlords and show utter disrespect to tenants. Read the cringeworthy positive reviews they seem to beg for. How many of the positive reviews are actually from tenants applauding their property management skills when their home needed work doing?
