Just wanted to shout out to Sam Gross. I found myself in a tricky situation where my current tenants were unable to pay and left the flat in a bit of a state. I was swamped with work and had no capacity to deal with any of this. Sam arranged to get the flat cleaned up, arranged trades people to do some minor repairs, got the flat listed and filled with some lovely tenants all within 2 weeks, which i was super impressed by. Can't speak highly enough of Sam and the team, keep up the good work.

I rarely write reviews unless it is for an outstanding service, and that was what I received from Jason! I have dealt with many property professionals over the last year, but I have never come across a high-level professional like Jason. The process of assisting us to find a property to buy has been much easier than I anticipated. Jason has provided us with all the information we need to help us make our decision. His guidance and property market knowledge made everything much easier. Instead of pushing for a sale, Jason was very transparent and honest. I highly recommend Storeys.

I have to say agent Mehmet Huseyin has done wonderful job on making his tenants annoyed. 1. When i checked in, he basically told me nothing about the apartment. Any information I need was from the roommate who has been living here. Also he refused to deliver the key to me in hand and left the key at the office and told me to pick up myself without negotiation even though I was carrying very heavy luggages. 2. When there is any problem with the facilities in the apartment, he always passes the buck and concludes it is tenant's problem without any verification and asked the tenants to pay for it. He also refused to react to any explanation. 3. Even though the problem was uploaded officially to the website, he underlined the problem was "most likely" caused by tenants even he had completely no idea what was going on. I will not be surprised if my deposit will be taken away by no reason/fake reasons since the agent does the best he can to make tenant feel uncomfortable. I feel i paid for getting, but not solving the problem on Storeys.

By far the worst letting agency I’ve dealt with in 10+ years of renting in London!! They made multiple serious financial errors, including charging rent twice in two weeks after insisting on direct debit, and getting the deposit amount wrong. When we flagged it, Mehmet took no responsibility, could not care less about it and we had to contact the previous tenants ourselves to resolve it. Their communication is chaotic, with constant staff turnover and no one seeming to know what’s going on or care about doing their jobs right. To top it off, they once tried to pressure us by threatening to inform the landlord about potential market rent increases, a clear intimidation tactic (a clear example of their lack of transparency and ethics to landlords too) Totally unprofessional, unethical, and stressful from start to finish. Landlords and tenants: avoid at all costs.

When issues have come up in regards to my flat, he is incredibly quick to respond, very thorough, and sees things through to the end.
