I rented a property through Storeys - Estate & Letting Agents In Hackney and was extremely satisfied with the process. Alex Kirk was extremely responsive and professional from the moment he sent me the suggestion of the property available for rent.He promptly scheduled a viewing at a time that was convenient for me, showed me around, was proficient, and thoroughly answered all of my concerns. The application process was clear and transparent. They ensured that I received all of the essential information and kept me updated at all stages, making the entire process stress-free. I was really surprised by how quickly the application was processed. Once my offer was accepted, they handled all of the paperwork quickly, and I appreciated how clear their communication was about the tenancy agreement and any expenses involved. Avoid at all costs! If you do not want to Waste your time spending weeks filling in forms Repeatedly or left in the dark without any clue what is going on then use this company. The agent that was dealing with Alex had the worst communication skills iv ever experienced from estate agents in person he was a lovely guy but calls and text , forget about it . Then when you call the office they would be rude and aggressive saying we can’t help you speak only to Alex who doesn’t respond . Two weeks later! They failed my reference and could not tell me what the reason was . I never leave reviews for anything but it’s an experience I don’t wish on anyone when trying to find a home

I've was renting for a while prior to purchasing my new home so I have now dealt with various estate agents including many of the team at Storeys. The service that Storeys provide is just refreshing. I've been with various other "copy and paste" style estate agents that are just all the same but Storeys are far more personal, professional and aren't trying to shoehorn you into to anything that you don't want. Genuinely listen and take note of the details. I had been struggling to find somewhere to buy for years as it had to be right and Storeys have now assisted me to find my dream family home which they helped manage all the way through to completion. Huge thanks to Storeys and the team. Can't recommend highly enough.

They discriminate potential tenants and ignore your requests. They also lie to you about viewings. I phoned them up 10 times for a viewing request, only to be told no in person viewing could be arranged until another day. 30 minutes after I was shown the video I was told there was actually an in person viewing and an offer was made. They ignored my requests and show no response and did not show any sincere sign of taking responsibility for their differential treatment. Potential renters please stay out of this agency it’s highly unprofessional.

Just wanted to shout out to Sam Gross. I found myself in a tricky situation where my current tenants were unable to pay and left the flat in a bit of a state. I was swamped with work and had no capacity to deal with any of this. Sam arranged to get the flat cleaned up, arranged trades people to do some minor repairs, got the flat listed and filled with some lovely tenants all within 2 weeks, which i was super impressed by. Can't speak highly enough of Sam and the team, keep up the good work.
