We moved to London from another country. They really went the extra mile to make this whole process as easy as possible. They were willing to show us the house late in the evening after official business hours as that was the only time we were available. Even after the lease was signed we still received top notch service. They are very responsive (via phone as well as via e-mail) and helpful with any kind of issue. Their service quality is of a level that is rarely found nowadays! We highly recommend them.
