GoogleDeeply disappointed by my experience with Storeys. They have not assisted us in any way with the move out and organising the inventory check at the end of the tenancy. Additionally, we are still waiting for them to return our deposit after 6+ weeks since moving out. They have not been getting back to us, or the landlord, and we have been chasing them without any luck. I would not recommend working with them as a landlord or tenant.

GoogleSam and Josiah wasted my time for weeks discussing managing my mother's property before saying they would not because the tenant receives housing benefit which they knew all along. They were not even decent enough to reply to my last messages asking for clarification as to why the absurd decision was made.

GoogleHave just rented a property through Storeys and the process couldn’t have been easier. Everything document/money wise is managed online and was really straightforward, Steve was also very helpful and allowed us to do 2 viewings, then a further visit to take some measurements for our furniture. I would highly recommend!

GoogleStoreys were a huge help when it came to finding and setting up our flat. They took care of everything - including changing over all our utilities. Julie was always very quick to respond to any queries and concerns and was always friendly and polite to deal with.

GoogleAll the positive reviews are from landlords. Storeys should be called stories! as they run their own narrative of the truth. Had a most awful experience.. I would advise you avoid if you are a tenant. You know something is grossly wrong if you have to school a letting agency on the legal requirements for letting. Landlord didn't provide a valid electrical safety report. Storeys told me it didn't need it. I called the council to check and they advised me not to move in until after a new safety report had been done. Landlord didn't like the council being involved and pulled the deal stating a lack of trust. Dangerous and careless attitude to towards tenant safety. AVOID
