GoogleAvoid at all costs. Lies, lies and more lies on what we were being sold. Still to this day they falsely advertise amenities that simply don't exist for the developments they sell. No wonder the agents can't look current residents in the eye when they walk past them with unsuspecting prospective buyers. Disgraceful all round.

GoogleThey took took screenshots of photographs of my property and used them on a random listing and have ignored my repeated emails asking them to take the pictures down. As far as I can tell, this estate agent is totally fraudulent. They’re advertising a flat that doesn’t exist - presumably to get people to contact them so they can try and sell them another listing. I would never trust them and I have reported them to Rightmove.

GoogleI previously gave Kingsbury Stone a five star review after viewing experience. However, once purchase went through at Parkhaus development there are a long list of things promised by the agents that did not eventuate ranging from a rooftop cinema to rails in the wardrobes. I understand from several other buyers that Kingsbury Stone were aware of these. Hence changing review star rating. I will remove this comment and rating when my issues are resolved.

I would recommend stone as they are knowledgeable, professional and will guide you through such a huge and important process. I didn’t end up getting the property I wanted due to reasons beyond John & James control, but the level of service hasn’t changed and they have tried to work around my needs. GoogleThey overpromise and fail to deliver. We have recently moved into a property by them and they handed over a dirty scratched spoofed house to us. There are paint spots everywhere in the house, there’s holes in the pillars, the electric sockets have gaps with the wall. Big scratches on the wooden floor and black spots all over the walls. They have mismatched white paint on the walls. Their property manager is unprofessional and tries to pin all of this on you. We have met other residents from the property and they have the exact same issues and the same excuses. Never buy from them.

GoogleThe agent John stood us up on appointment which we drove 1 hour to view the development, waited 30 min for him to show up and he had no communication whatsoever prior for not being able to make it to the venue. He could have contacted us in many ways but he failed to do so. Someone who doesn’t value other people’s time and shows no respect. Very disappointed with him and will never visit any development that this agent provides.

GoogleI highlighted the flats i was interested in and arranged an afternoon of viewings. Agent turned up late and took me for a coffee. Didnt view a single flat - he just wanted to take me through glossy brochures of off plan developments. Turns out the flats i was interested in weren't actually available. Months later i noticed one of the flats i was originally interested in still listed. Contacted Stone again only to be told that they thought a sale had been completed the prior week. I called their bluff and was told they would call me back to clarify. Didn't return my call. I managed to speak to the manager - he went on to explain that they are having issues with Onthemarket who keep showing old listings. I went on to highlight that they are still showing that flat on their own website. Manager tried to backtrack then said he would have their website updated. One week later, still showing the flat which doesnt exist and still marketing it on Onthemarket. If you read through the negative reviews on here you will see that this appears to be a common practice. I wouldn't trust them, nor would i trust the majority of the "5 star reviews". Terrible experiene.
