GoogleI liaised with Carly Turner during our property search and she was fantastic in getting us to view the apartment and surrounding area quickly (as the property had received a lot of interest). She was really knowledgeable in showing us the floor plans and specifications from the contractor and was also very quick in answering any queries that we had. GoogleThis afternoon my sister and I were seen by, Mr. Sam Garcia (who specialises in developments for North West London) and one of his colleagues from Stone Real Estate Agents. The purpose of the meeting was to ascertain our needs so the property searches would match them, thus saving the agents and us, the clients, from going on endless viewings that are fruitless. My first impressions of the agency were positive. We were greeted in a professional and courteous manner, offered a beverage and then accompanied to a meeting room. Mr. Garcia and his colleague were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with. My sister and I felt listened to, felt able to ask questions and were satisfied with the honest responses we recieved. My sister and I were actively engaged and involved in the decision making process. We look forward to working with Stone Real Estate Agents.

GoogleProfessional and trustworthy. Michael Stone and his team were very helpful throughout the process of negotiatoins and purchase of our flat. We had some unexpected complications and delays with the purchase and were almost ready to walk away - Michael Stone literally helped us buying the flat by providing prompt and sound advice on navigating through all the hurdles. I also liked that they did not pressure us at any point and we felt in the driving seat. I can't wait to move to my new home. Thank you!

GoogleI felt compelled to write a positive review of Stone Real Estate by just how well we were looked after by one of their site managers, Lee Barrow. We have visited the property we are moving forward with on several occasions, with Lee acting as our guide each time. Without fail, he has been an exemplary representative for the company: highly professional yet incredibly warm and helpful. No question was ever too much trouble, and he has handled our queries speedily and in a very efficient manner. Furthermore, he has been effortlessly helpful throughout this process, ensuring that the whole thing has proceeded very efficiently, converting our initial interest into a sale with speed, diligence and warmth. GoogleOver promised and sold us a lie. From misrepresenting some facts about the property to poor customer service, the attitude of this company has been highly unprofessional and disappointing. Once the deal was closed, they stopped taking calls and completely ignored my queries and issues. I have never been more disappointed by any service in my life and would never recommend them to anyone

Refreshing to work for a property agency that truly cared about their employees (plenty of health benefits!), offered plenty of development and training opportunities as well as being challenged along the way. Gave us different options and made big efforts on giving us as much information as we requested. Happy to organize as many viewings as we requested and answered our questions promptly. He went out of his way to find potential properties which suited our needs, and was happy to meet up even outside of working hours. Would definitely recommend. GoogleWe were very happy with the service from John and James. They understood what we wanted and went out of their way to arrange a site visit when the builders had first refused, and to negotiate a delayed completion for us. I think it unlikely that we would have gone ahead without either of these. Altogether, very happy
