GoogleWe had a really good experience with Stone London when purchasing our recent property. Dennis was professional throughout and was very knowledgeable about the local area we were looking at. He was happy to take viewings during times that suited us and we never felt pressured or rushed. With his help we manage to negotiate to a price we were happy with. Overall the whole process was excellent and we managed to complete within our timescale, keeping us within budget. Great job!

GoogleGreat experience with Dennis and the Stone team from the initial interest call through to helping us completing. Dennis was very attentive and took the time to show us round multiple properties and walk us through the process, and the whole Stone team that we interacted with kept us updated throughout. Would highly recommend and cannot thank Dennis enough!

GoogleThe Stone team have been absolutely fantastic in the process of buying a flat. I had the pleasure of liaising with Dennis & Lawrence, who were very accommodating in viewings. They excellent knowledge of the developers and apartment, which filled me with confidence in the prospects of purchasing a new build. GoogleEDIT: After completion, the agents don’t take my calls or even call back despite weekly calls. They also did not want to come to the property on day of completion to give me the keys. I ended up receiving them from the building contractor team. Lowered from 5 stars to 2. A pleasure working with them! Recommended to me by a friend, they were very understanding of what I wanted for my first buy. I worked with Richard, who gave me really good advice and was always supportive. GoogleI can't express enough how helpful, patient and brilliant Dennis Johansson at Stone Real Estate has been. I have been looking for my first flat for 9 months, and have been really nervous and indecisive (including going back to the same place multiple times!), but Dennis remained patient and was always so accommodating. He really settled my nerves with making a decision, and now i'm so happy I've found my dream first place!!! THANKS SO MUCH DENNIS! Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with!

GoogleTerrible experience with this agent. Starting with Ross (after showing us the flat he completely ghosted us. I mean literally ghosted: never picked up the phone nor responded to any of our messages with questions). We have then been reassigned to various agents throughout the process. Everyone from the first day reassured us that snagging issues would be fixed before completion. On exchange we received a call explaining the seller wanted to close this deal asap and therefore would not be able to fix any of the 150+ issues detected in the snagging report. Surely Kingsbury knew that way before exchange date but chose to let us know just a few days before we were meant to be moving in… They sell flats with Sonos (huge selling point) but…they don’t tell you that in reality speakers are low quality Chinese made. More astonishing is that the Sonos Amp (which costs £699) has misteriously disappeared between exchange and completion 👀 We also asked if someone could show us around how various appliances work etc on completion but as soon as the deal was closed we became unimportant for them so Kingsbury suggested to check manuals left in a drawer. Not mentioning how dirty the flat was on arrival (new build) and that we had to arrange professional cleaning. More recently we have also learnt that Kingsbury understated our yearly service charge by nearly 40%. I mean, I understand they provide an estimate BUT we are talking about a HUGE difference here!

The gentleman named Ross got in touch, invited us in to the office for a consultation and it was a smooth process from then on. Professionally, Ross provided us with all the options we had for our budget, the processes and kindly showed us around each property that was tailored to our requirements. After numerous meetings and catch ups regarding our desired property, Ross was always there whenever we needed to give him a call and always had the answers to our questions. In the end, the process was swift and I could not fault Ross’ professionalism and knowledge of the market. Thanks Ross!

He listened to what I wanted, remembered my preferences to a tee even months after we first met, and offered much needed advice. I straight away fell in love with the second property Richard showed me as he knew exactly what I wanted. Richard is also very responsive, often responding after business hours even though he doesn’t have to. As a result, we were able to execute quickly and secure the apartment with minimal hurdle. Ceylin made herself available for a viewing to suit our diary rather than her own. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property we were seeking to purchase and the local area. She was not a pushy salesperson but rather provided us with the detailed facts of the property and the development, listened to our requirements and ensured she dealt with those requirements. Similarly, Ross concluded our reservation process and was attentive, extremely well organised and again helpful and professional. GoogleAlthough I didn't purchase the property I was interested into, Josh and the rest of the Stone team were excellent throughout the whole process. Josh was always very responsive and willing to respond to my (many) queries as a first time buyer and went over the extra mile by providing spot on advice. He also struck the right balance by being very helpful without being too pushy, a quality several sales people lack. Definitely recommend Stone and in particular Josh.

GoogleEDIT: Communication and responsiveness very quickly went downhill following my reservation. They certainly seemed to care a lot less about any of my concerns or messages. In the end I found out the flat had been over priced by £65k so I pulled out of the purchase. -------- I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Sam and James and cannot sing their praises enough. James was professional, friendly and patient with my many questions regarding storage space and measurements of the property. Sam took my offer to the developer and worked tirelessly over Saturday and Sunday (including his birthday!) to get everything sorted. Responsive and informative. Glad that by chance I stumbled across Stone Real Estate.
