I had a great experience liaising with Richard and Ross throughout the entire process. Richard had an initial chat with me to understand my requirements and promptly arranged a viewing on the development I was interested in. Thank you to Richard and Ross for closing the deal on my new flat very quickly. Service from both of them was top. Richard went an extra mile by showing me the flat that I was interested in and not only the show apartment in the building. They were both swift with answering my questions. Been looking around for a while and dealt with several real estate agencies, I can say Stone are one of the best. James was very professional, he took the time to dive into deep details on what I was looking for, and managed to find the best option accordingly. He was also very patient and not pushy, which made it a very comfortable interaction overall. Edward from Stone Real Estate has been brilliant with his service. We had a first chat on a videocall where he explained more in detail everything about the development we were interested in. All sort of videos, brochures and documents related so we exactly knew what we were going to see before seeing it in situ. Always honest with every answer, Edward managed to make us feel comfortable from the start. Freddy has also been very attentive on the phone afterwards, as well as patience with every question we've had. 5 starts for them :)

I originally looked at The Hackney Gardens development with Stone Real Estate. Edward Beynon was unusual for an estate agent in that he took the time to work out exactly what my priorities and requirements really were, and only showed me properties (both at Hackney Gardens and elsewhere) that fitted the brief. A very pleasant change from the usual "bombard with anything on our books however clearly inappropriate" policy of most estate agents! Edward was genuinely friendly, polite and efficient throughout and took the time to listen. So all in all a very pleasant and productive experience.

House hunting can be exciting, yet an exhausting task. Looking for our first home we've been in touch with several people, from agencies to developers, and so far Ellis and Beth made our experience so much painless and smooth. Their attention was so good that even though we had already made up our minds over another development we happily switched to one of the Stone properties and now we're so glad we made that move - and it was only possible thanks to their attention and effort to meet all our requirements. As a buyer, last thing you want is sellers pushing you all the time and that was never a concern with them. The contacts were just at the right timing and never pushy, always responding to our questions in a very timely and patient manner. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a property to speak with Ellis and Beth and you wont regret.

Naz provided a professional and outstanding service for me and my partner. Stone Real Estate has been patient, courteous and informative with the options for us in terms of first time buyers and the whole process could not have been made easier for us. Entering the housing market is usually incredibly difficult for someone of my age bracket and my understanding of each housing scheme was minimal, but Stone Real Estate took the time and effort to provide us with plenty of options and was more than willing to inform us on all the schemes and options for first time buyers which was amazing! My partner and I approached Stone estate when looking into a development in Bromley South. Sam has been our direct contact there, first organizing a meeting in their office, then putting us in touch with a financial adviser and finally organizing viewings at the property. I liked the fact that Sam was very approachable and answering quickly my questions over text, which is so much easier for people who work in an office. The flats viewed did not meet our needs and perhaps we could have been sent alternative options as part of Stone estate portfolio. Overall a good experience.

Ross was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my search. He was always very accommodating, informative and never pushy. This was really refreshing after a couple other experiences with slightly aggressive agents. As a first time home buyer, Ross put me at ease and helped answer several questions I had about the whole process. The development I was interested in was still under construction, but Ross consistently checked in and informed me as soon as there was any opportunity to go on site. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Ross if you are looking for a property.

Our contact Billy was really informative and yet brief . There was no salesman’s pitch. I like Billy’s approach of showing us the property , he was ‘actively’ listening and narrowing what properties he felt would suit our needs. The experience both with Billy and Dennis was a professional rapport with Us, the customer and our needs as the focus. Dennis and Billy as a team were helpful and so patient with us. What questions we asked they couldn't answer immediately they were so quick in coming back to us with information. Our sales advisor Naz was amazing! she took us through great detail on the properties we selected. When we didn't fancy a site, she would then take time to find another appropriate property. The service felt very personal. Full marks for customer service and professionalism. Will definitely use again in the future.
