GoogleMy initial enquiries and viewings at the development were handled charmingly by Joe, who is open, enthusiastic and clearly loves his job. Stephen then expertly took over the process, supporting me as I put together an offer, guiding me throughout, and sharing something of my exhilaration when the offer was accepted. We have had excellent communication and I have felt myself to be in safe hands from the first moment. Thank you both for all your work so far!

GoogleAs first time buyers you need guidance and patience on the process, it is common to see estate agents trying to speed things up and not even listening to what the customer wants. Both James and Sam have been absolute rockstars when it comes to customer obsession, always listening to what our needs were, providing objective recommendations and giving us space when we needed it (you don't spend hundreds of thousand of pounds every day!). GoogleGreat client experience! Joe worked closely with us to understand what we wanted in a property from location to style and showed us only the properties that fitted this criteria. Very personalised approach and more attentive than others/other agents and agency's we've spoken with. We also spoke with Stephen afterwards when we looked to proceed further with a property who was very professional and proactive and helped us understand the process as first time buyers.

GoogleUnfortunately, we received deceiving information from the estate agent and the developer about the flat measurements. It was told us that the flat was a 1 bedroom 2 people flat of 50m2, which instead was discovered through the bank survey to be a 1 bedroom 1 person flat (a studio flat) of 46m2. As first time buyers with no experience, we follow the estate agent advice to choose the solicitor and broker suggested by the developer. it became a nightmare, it was impossible to have any contact with the developer as our solicitor was recommended from the developer. AVOID this agency and never accept a recommended solicitor or broker, they all work together behind you. They seem very professional but when there are problems nobody helps you! be careful they are good sellers just that!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleReally poor service - like used car salesmen who call and give sales pitch but no facts or direct responses to requests for information. Cannot read their emails properly either and do not hold your information on file - ending up having to repeat yourself over over. Quite the time wasters and act superior to people looking for a place to buy. If they were a bit more humble then they’d go further and actually sell to those of us who are looking to buy.

GoogleI have had two calls with Ceylin (+ one viewing) and a short call with Ross. The team was very helpful, responsive, diligent, kind, and considered (of Covid-19 related concerns) at all times. I usually have many questions and they answered all of them patiently (including follow-ups on some technical bits). Their primary focus was understanding my likes and needs. They seem to have a large portfolio in my target area (East London) and recommended some good options in-line with my search. As an important note, they are solely focused on new-built buildings. So they may not be the best fit if you are looking for something very specific like a 60-years old classic three storey Victorian house and sure about it. For everything else, I'd recommend reaching them because they have a rich portfolio and their approach is much different (more focussed, more customer-oriented) than typical real estate agents in London, and this is much appreciated!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe had a great experience with Dennis who is knowledgeable, very personable, and consistently accomodating. He went out of his way to find potential properties which suited our needs, and was happy to meet up even outside of working hours. Would definitely recommend. It should be said we haven't bought a place yet, and are still in the process of searching.

GoogleThis afternoon my sister and I were seen by, Mr. Sam Garcia (who specialises in developments for North West London) and one of his colleagues from Stone Real Estate Agents. The purpose of the meeting was to ascertain our needs so the property searches would match them, thus saving the agents and us, the clients, from going on endless viewings that are fruitless. My first impressions of the agency were positive. We were greeted in a professional and courteous manner, offered a beverage and then accompanied to a meeting room. Mr. Garcia and his colleague were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with. My sister and I felt listened to, felt able to ask questions and were satisfied with the honest responses we recieved. My sister and I were actively engaged and involved in the decision making process. We look forward to working with Stone Real Estate Agents.
