GoogleStirling have let my flat, no problems with the let as such. However, I think that landlords should be aware of the company’s policy: Stirling take their commission for a year upfront, however, if the tenants leave before the year is up Stirling will not refund the part of the commission for the time the tenants left early, unless they manage to find new tenants which may or may not be the case. The three stars are for the Company's policy, not for the performance of the Lettings Department.
