Very supportive and personal service from this branch, in particular from Sardorbeck. I had previously enquired about a property that was already under offer, which I was disappointed about. However, Sardorbeck kept me in mind for months later and called me up when that deal fell through, and now I'm in the process of purchasing. We approached Diana after seeing a flat that Townends were advertising for rent on RightMove. The flat came onto the market late on Thursday and Diana managed to fit us in for a viewing the very next day! As we were not local at the time, this was extremely helpful as we had other viewings that day in the area. Diana was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property, area and rental markets. We were then helpfully guided through the process, with all of our questions answered very promptly. One thing that I think should be mentioned is that, even after moving in Diana sent a lovely email asking how things were going and how we were settling in. It's this added personal touch that really set Townends apart from other estate agents that we have rented with in the past. The Lettings Team at Townends, Earlsfield, are excellent. Ivana was very helpful in offering advice on refurbishments of our flat in order to increase our chances of attracting good tenants. She even came round after work to see how things were progressing and offered us good advice on accepting our first offer for the full rent. Diana was also extremely helpful in giving advice on rental values and keeping us posted throughout the process. Ivana was brilliant and we really felt like she was working with us rather than treating us as another sale like a lot estate agents. There are always some issues with moving in to a new place but she made the experience as seamless as possible and a really positive one with all the effort she put in! Townends in general has been a pleasure to work with and we're really happy they're managing our property as well, as they've been very quick to sort things out and mediate between us and the landlord.
