GoogleBranch was clean and tidy, a professional hum around as I waited to be acknowledged. Branch manager Mr McPeake was quick to serve and attentive to my needs, passing me his card for future contact. His manner was friendly and he was clearly knowledgable of the area and he showed that he understood my situation and requests regarding properties within the area. I have had bad experiences in the past with other agencies , and this young man was genuinely very helpful and proved very productive.

GoogleVery organised and proactive helping with all aspects of selling process from Marketing to Legal acting as excellent project managers giving good advice when issues arise. Worth the extra cost as you definitely get what you pay for. If you are looking for the cheapest this is not it but if you are looking to maximise your overall out come no need to look else where.

GoogleThis company works with landlords who take multiple days to reply back to sign a contract, and that same landlord will cancel your holding deposit. They also forget or don't have keys to the property they will be showing you, so your 1-hour travel is wasted. Really bad customer service which I will definitely avoid.

GoogleAnna O made was far and above the best lettings agent I dealt with in my journey to find a flat in London. Several other lettings agents have some "interesting" tactics to try to get you to take their services but Anna and the rest of the Townends team was completely professional and responsive.
