GoogleExcellent customer service and always willing to help and listen to queries during our purchase. Ed Whyte (the Manager) is an amazing individual and he is always forthcoming and provides updates of progress and ensures all queries and problems are solved swiftly and efficiently. The best estate agency that I have ever dealt with and will always recommend them to friends and family. Many thanks for all your guidance.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. Awful service and no accountability. The team don't talk to each other. They had no record of our moving date, no check in was arranged and the property was filthy on arrival. They also didn't deliver all the services that was expected as part of the administration fees. I will be avoiding renting through Townends in the future.

GoogleAfter getting a job in a new location I needed to rent my house quick! Rob and the lettings team found me a professional tenant for more rent than I was expecting and did so in a week!! They then put me in touch with their Staines branch who found me a beautiful house, again, quickly and effectively. Painless experience, could not be happier! Thank you.

GoogleWe have rented in a few agency’s but by far Townsends ealing was the worst. Lack of professionalism and commutation and rude specially from Robert who call himself a manager. it look is almost 3 months to get our deposit back and no one was helping from the office !! I would totally not recommend this agency

GoogleReally good service from David at Townends, he found a buyer for our flat within a week of going on the market and helped us through the sale every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble and David even helped us find a property despite the fact that we were looking outside of London.

GoogleMy partner and I had a very positive experience with Townends. We dealt almost exclusively with Yemi - who was very affable, quick at replying to our emails and always answered our questions. She was very generous with her time and even stayed late one day for a viewing with my partner who works long hours.
