FacebookHorrendous service from Sterling Ackroyd today emergency reported at this morning nothing reported on and numerous phone calls and still no no call back or service engineers out to fix the problem.

GoogleWould steer clear at all costs (if you are seeking to rent). Pleasant / friendly enough when you are looking for a property (no surprises there) - however as soon as you sign that dotted line that's it, you are bottom of their priorities... We had so many issues with the property ignored by Beresford over our tenancy. Totally impractical / slow having to deal with the incompetent, passive-aggressive staff as well (our property manager must have changed 3 or 4 times over the tenancy - no fluidity). Side note - Delighted to have learned today that Lettings Agents will not be able to charge lettings agents fees going forward - another way they and other agents have stolen money over the years, thankfully and rightfully coming to an end...!

GoogleCannot urge you to use one of the many alternatives in the area strongly enough. They have been managing my rental property but have provided poor advice in relation to a renewal, lost the management set of keys, and are consistently unresponsive to my calls and emails. I now copy CEO on all correspondence but that has not changed matters unfortunately. Suggest avoiding.

GoogleThe amount of fake listings this company have are a joke... every time I have called too see if a property is available they always say no and haven’t taken it down... “oh sorry it’s a technical issue” ... unbelievable! Surely there is a law against false advertising!!! My property search is being affected by rookie agents like Beresford residential. In the current market it is surprising they are still standing as an agent.

FacebookWe rented this property. We have calling for 3 weeks. Wach maching is broken no return. Your laundry is wet this is their duty for for the fist time. We have encountered such a troublesome situation key the mailbox doesnot open the door is troubled the refrigerator freezes and air condination is not work everthink is very terrible.

Good luck - It may be worth escalating your complaint, and speaking to the "customer experience" department. I hope you get the chance to change agency soon.

GoogleCustomer service was fine, but loads of properties left on websites weeks/sometimes months which is really frustrating and a waste of time for searching tenants. Also I found the quality of rental properties for the listed price was never as good as the viewings I saw with other agents. They definitely try to capitalise on people that are rushing to get somewhere and have to take higher prices.
