GoogleDisgraceful company. They took my holding deposit, then carried on showing the property to other people, and let it to somebody else entirely! Then, to add insult to injury, they take forever to give me my holding deposit back. Don't use these guys unless somebody's holding a gun to your head. Crooks.

GoogleWe used Beresford to rent our flat, which they did incredibly fast and efficiently. Within 24hours they had found the perfect tenant, and then proceeded to do all the referencing etc. We would definately use them again, and highly recommend them.
