GoogleMark Godfrey was the person that I was in contact with, not only was he keen and attentive to understand what my girlfriend and I wanted to find but also delivered on the specifications that we'd given him. Further to that Mark is a nice chap that clearly see's customer service and building a relationship as a positive in his job when so many other estate agents just don't want to interact with you personally. We were left in the lurch at the last minute by a landlord through a different company, and Mark stepped right up and worked hard to secure us another property in a very short time frame. GoogleWe have recently let a property through Sterling Ackroyd and have been incredible impressed by the service we have received. Our agent, James, has gone above and beyond to support us in our rental journey, facilitating out of hours viewings and advocating for us along the way. He was incredibly supportive through the referencing process, which can often be difficult with one of us being self employed, and was instrumental in a quick and smooth process. We are very impressed with both the quality of service and the property, and look forward to renting with SA moving forward

Even if I found a flat at the end by a private landlord, my main contact Danielle Quincey in Townends was really professional, warm and make a good follow up of my viewings and send me properties who can suits to my expectations. She always take time to call me when she has a property to offer me. All the viewings I have done were great and the agent always been professional. I have been really satisfied by the experience.
