Moved from another agent that we had been with for a number of years and very glad we did. Nicole Caldeira is a superb Lettings director who is incredibly helpful and delivers great tenants with no void periods. Dottie Wilson is an excellent property manager who is always responsive and has pulled out the stops on a number of occasions. There is a great team at Stirling Ackroyd who makes things run smoothly with no surprises, and we feel our property and tenants are in safe hands. Would highly recommend.

We were really pleased with Stirling Ackroyd when selling our property. They were honest with us about everything that was going on and were good at communication, always quick to respond to messages and great at keeping us informed about viewings. A special mention to Chloe, who was especially great at communicating throughout the whole process. Feeling pretty messed around by this agency. Put in a offer for a place on Monday evening after viewing. Nothing all of Tuesday apart from increased pressure from agency to pay 12 months upfront when id already offered 6 months. Asked a few times if I'd reconsider, despite me saying the renters bill coming out next month discourages this and I'd only be comfortable paying 6 months despite this also being discouraged as I'm on a temporarily lower income whilst in recovery for an injury. Then asked what my final offer is in payment. Whole thing felt like a bidding war and stalling tactic to make me part with 12 months rent upfront. Landlord not available and then suddenly the place had so many offers in 24 hours. Id avoid if possible engaging with this agency as I felt heavily pressured to pay almost 15k upfront for an ex council studio just to win the bidding war.

Recently signed a tenancy agreement for a flat after months of searching through various different estate agents. We had many viewings during a time of crazy demand for flats, and often found it hard to get responses from other estate agents as a result. However, David and Daria were prompt with all replies and getting back to us regarding any queries we may have had, and assisted us throughout the offer process. Have to say they were by far the easiest estate agents to communicate with and get responses from, and they were really friendly and attentive. After attending many viewings and making several offers through other agents, we attended a single viewing and made one offer on a flat and were successful in getting it. Would definitely recommend this company and both David and Daria to anyone looking for a rental property.
