GoogleI've been renting a flat with them for over 3 years. It takes them ages to reply and they ignore emails and calls. Every maintenance issue we had took weeks to be fixed. Not only that but they also lack control over their accounts and payments! They illegally keep my money I have paid in advance as an International student. Avoid at all costs! The worst experience!

GoogleOur representative Catherine is great... very easy to get in contact with and responsive when needed. Reasonable fees (around £100 plus VAT if I remember correctly). I'd recommend using Williams Lynch if you're in the Bermondsey area.

GoogleThe viewing agents are very nice but the property manager I was assigned was a different story - condescending, acting annoyed when I contacted him, didn't pick up the phone when I called him one single time. He also kept sending very pushy emails. Not recommended, there are other agents who are able to offer decent services, no one needs to be mistreated like this.
