I especially recommend them to relocating Americans as our needs (and documentation) may fall outside the norm, and they are swift to support. Those people are scammers Completely unprofessional and they are constantly trying to scam you off money Their properties are of poor quality with a number of burglaries, absence of heating and leaking windows All the good reviews are definitely from their employees since none of my fellow tenants is on good terms with the agency ShameNegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleIn my 5+ years experience of renting in London this is by far the best agency I have encountered. They are efficient and helpful, especially their property manager Catherine Close who makes sure that any issues with the property are sorted out as quickly and painlessly as possible. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have used Williams Lynch to manage my flat for several years and they have done so very efficiently. Catherine in the Lettings team has been very helpful in quickly dealing with issues that have arisen and Onal has managed to get me new tenants without a void period.
