Luke Kelly lead us through the process in a dedicated and professional manner and went the extra mile when it came to making sure we find what we are looking for. Having had mixed experience with London estate agents, I was initially nervous but it turned out to be a positive experience all round. The biggest reason for that is that is always felt as if Luke was on our team and he did a great job developing trust.

Not considerate to tenants, zero protection from landlords who want to take advantage. Took us over a year to get half a deposit back. Work feels sloppy, things aren't handed over when people are on holiday so issues drag on, constantly chasing for updates and changes. Very inefficient and sometimes rude. Many errors that lead to us being wrongly charged within our deposit on their end. Would not recommend.

We have dealt with SA twice now to buy and sell the same property. The sales team are professional, they bring in lots of people to view, either from requests or showing as an example. Never pushy, polite and give potential purchasers space. The team went beyond what you could expect on both occasions, really chasing when the situation was just getting mired. They chased managing agents, solicitors, lenders, and suggested many solutions to get things moving again. They are knowledgeable about the area and the market.
