Stirling Ackroyd are a truly professional business, offering a responsive and highly proactive sales team, something which is lacking with so many other estate agent firms out there. We dealt with Nick, who chased every fine detail between the two parties solicitors and also kept everyone in the picture, notifying us of every stage of the sale. This wasn’t a easy sale for either Nick or the team, as our property had a lot of boxes to tick for the progression of the sale, however saying this, Nick, Zoe and their team, professionally guided us, our solicitors and the buyers to a sale to the happy new owners. Thanks for all your help Nick and team. You’re a very kind group of individuals, all with a very professional and supportive nature. Thanks to Dylan we found to perfect flat on our only second day of viewings. He’s been very responsive, helpful and approachable, even moved the furniture between the rooms with us after we rented the place! The move in was a bit of a chaos due to miscommunication between the agency and the landlord though, we ended up waiting for an extra hour on the street with our men in a van to get in to the flat, and paid for an extra hour of service to our vans. So I recommend that you definitely insist to get the keys in advance even though the move-in team says no.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We've been looking for a flat for a few weeks - the experience we have had with Stirling Ackroyd was the best by a mile. Our agent Dylan was quick to sort a viewing for the property we were interested in (making time for us on a day which he had a lot going on). Although the process was incredibly long through no fault of Stirling Ackroyd, our lettings agent Dylan was very responsive and went out of his way for us to secure our flat. He was available to answer almost 24/7 which could not be more appreciative of! Couldn’t recommend him enough if you are looking to rent. Video footage of a BMW I3 driving recklessly nearly made an old chap crash the car the guy had to pull over and had to bring himself back as he was in that much shock. On top of that the guy had two kids at the back with no belts on no car seats furthermore they was play fighting at the back of the car. If there’s a email where I can send the footage I’m more then happy to if Sterling can deal with the situation accordingly the video would not need to circulate all over the media BMW I3 RX19 KYO

Don't bother doing business with Stirling Ackroyd! They would advertise a place at a certain price, take 20 offers on it and then entertain every person who placed an offer to bid against others which will ultimately raise the asking price of the propriety by 20%. They are doing nothing but damaging what is already a difficult real estate market. Communication is extremely poor, they won't keep you in the loop nor inform if your offer was successful or not. To be frank I doubt they are even presenting all the offers to the landlord, they would most likely show off by putting forward only offers way above the asking price. I've been working with other agencies who have made it very clear they would be unable to do any viewings or take offers once a propriety is under offer but Stirling Ackroyd works like no one else on the market and I mean it in the worst possible way. If you are a landlord or a tenant looking for your next successful rental please take your business anywhere else but Stirling Ackroyd.
