We've just rented our property with Stirling Ackroyd and have been really impressed with the professionalism, integrity and effort put in by the team. We actually posted the property with 2 agencies, but in every way Stirling have been hands down better. The majority of viewings were done by Tom Gardiner who took the time to get to know the house and really sold it for us. The photos and video were done to a really high standard and they took the time to give us feedback on the market. The viewings were also well co-ordinated and the communication generally has been great, which I'm sure is one of the reasons they also had a much better hit rate for prospective tenants turning up for viewings. Overall would highly recommend

It took me two months to get my deposit and overpaid rent back, and ultimately they stiffed me on the last £140, which they know I will not take them to court over anyway. Apparently leap days (and counting days more generally) is confusing, as is deciding from when you're meant to start counting in the first place...
