I bought a property that was marketed with SA. There were many challenges with the purchase but the SA team really helped bridge the communication between all the parties to see this through. They also went out of their way to personally help with some labour intensive work in the flat to make sure we could exchange. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an estate agents. Completely unprofessional and disorganised. Paperwork was missing and I had to chase numerous times before receiving anything. Numerous agents and employees genuinely misled us during this process and gave incorrect dates for previous tennents moving out and us moving in. This led to an incredibly stressful and frustrating move. The only reason the move happened within a week of the agreed date was because I demanded it happen. Even after several heated discussions with these agents about their disorganisation, the flat still wasn't ready for the morning of the move date and we ended up having to work late into the night to get it done. I would sincerely recommend staying away from these agents, in any of their offices. I have never been so disappointed with a service. I know most agents in London are pretty rubbish but these guys take the cake. RESPONSE TO THE BELOW: I have years of correspondence with Daniel thus he has the same with me. And to claim that none of your employees recognise me is laughable. I have dealt with so many of your employees, who seem to rotate often. Every email seems to come from a different employee and no one takes responsibility for following through on a single thing. Daniel, please don't try to pawn this off as a fake review. Its embarassing. Own up to the poor service you supply and pull your socks up. Take responsibility for the mediocre company you head. Good luck.

I would give zero if I could. I had hoped I wouldn't need to have any interaction with them again. But as per some other complaints. Their terrible data retention and protection policies meant that they emailed me, multiple times, out of the blue advising me not to go ahead with a repair request. Obviously this was for the tenants who moved in a couple of months ago. Incidentally the repair was for something I had been charged for as part of my deposit. Which raises questions around that issue too I suppose. When I informed them they emailed me by mistake I was ignored... then ignored two more times. Finally I got an email saying they didn't like getting complaints and threats (I simply pointed out this was a breach of GDPR). I have complained. Let's see what happens. Not holding my breath. Awful service so far. ADDED AFTER REPLY - I have no idea what they mean by saying they are sorting this with me. They haven't emailed me in months.
