Rebecca, my property manager, is excellent. Timely, Hands on, on top of things, very knowledgeable and experienced. She gets to the bottom of issues and gives her own recommendations which are fair and balanced, keeping the best interests of the landlord in mind. Had my ups and downs with the agency a few years ago (back then harrissons) but all great now, esp with Rebecca. sales and (Michael etc) letting agents (Tom C is excellent) are also top.

Had the best experience with Shelly-Ann, helped us to find a house and with the offer process and paperwork that followed. Update: not even a week into our tenancy starting the property has a lot of major issues left from previous tenants such as mattress being covered in what looks like blood and mould and no one is answering or taking accountability. We were not expecting for this to be such a scam.

Please read your contracts in details and demand a contract early. They will try and push a clause to cover their own bonuses, while placing you in a situation where you have to sign because you get the contract 2 days before move-in. Also, If you request information on how to do a transfer that information will not be provided - as they want to force you to pay mitigation fees.

I have just spent 17 minutes on the phone with a very polite agent Adrien who has taken all my personal details and asked me about 25 questions in order to tell me in the end that the time that I require for the viewing of the property is not available. You should not treat your customers this way. People need fast service, there time is valuable. That's an awful experience, worst example of how the agency should treat customers. Even if I get tons of emails from you now, I have no wish to work with the agency who has wasted my time.

We would like to give a big thanks to Stirling Ackroyd. Whilst Stirling Ackroyd did not ultimately sell our house, they were very helpful to get the sale of our house with another agent over the line. We had a particularly difficult and slow buyer and we approached Harvey at Stirling Ackroyd to also market our property to either speed up the buyer or find a different buyer. With no financial cost to us, Harvey started fully marketing our property promptly (within a few days) with excellent. We had decent interest and footfall to view the house, but maybe our approach to Stirling Ackroyd came too late to find alternative buyers but did manage to speed up the buyer. Harvey and Stirling Ackroyd were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We wish we had marketed the house with Stirling Ackroyd in the first place.
